What this website collects

This website has no forms, no accounts and no checkout. It does not ask you to enter personal information on the page. We do not set our own tracking cookies.

When you call

When you call, you will be asked for your name, your street address, your ZIP code and a description of the problem. That information is used to handle your request and to send a plumber who works your area to the right address. It is not sold.

When you email

If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it to reply. Please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive information by email.

Third-party services on these pages

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. The homepage, the contact page and each area page show an embedded Google Map. When a page loads these items, your browser contacts Google, which may receive your IP address and browser details under Google's own privacy policy. The site is served by a hosting provider that may keep standard server logs of requests.

Your choices

You can block third-party content in your browser, and the site will still work. You can ask us to delete an email conversation by writing to [email protected].
